At Within Tech, we are committed to supplying quality technology products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product is proven to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns for any other reason unless required by applicable consumer law.
To qualify for a return:

The fault must not have been caused by misuse, accidental damage, neglect, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, liquid damage, power surges, or normal wear and tear.

The product must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, packaging (where reasonably possible), and proof of purchase.

The serial number, IMEI number, or identifying labels must be intact and unaltered.
2. Reporting a Fault
If you believe your product is faulty, you must notify Within Tech as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
When submitting a return request, you may be required to provide:

Your order number or proof of purchase.

A detailed description of the fault.

Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
-
Any additional information requested by our support team.
Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent the assessment of your claim.
3. Inspection Process
All returned products are subject to inspection and testing by Within Tech or an authorized supplier or manufacturer.
If inspection determines that:

The product contains a verified manufacturing defect, your claim will be approved.

No fault is found, or the issue resulted from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or any excluded cause, the return will be declined.
Inspection results are final unless otherwise required by law.
4. Approved Claims
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Within Tech may, at its discretion and where permitted by law:

Repair the product;

Replace the product with the same or an equivalent product; or

Issue a refund to the original payment method if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
Refunds will only be processed after the inspection has been completed and the claim has been approved.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that are not faulty.

Products damaged by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.

Products damaged by liquid, fire, power surges, or environmental conditions.

Products with missing or altered serial numbers.

Software, digital downloads, gift cards, vouchers, or downloadable products.

Products damaged during customer installation or modification.

Items sold as clearance or "as-is," unless they are faulty as required by law.
6. Change of Mind
Within Tech does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect product selection by the customer.

Products that are no longer wanted.
-
Better pricing found elsewhere.

Compatibility issues where product specifications were accurately provided.
Customers are encouraged to verify product specifications before purchasing.
7. Return Shipping
If a fault is confirmed, Within Tech will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
If inspection finds no manufacturing defect, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping or inspection costs permitted by law.
8. Warranty
Where products include a manufacturer's warranty, warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer or through Within Tech, depending on the product.
Manufacturer warranty terms remain separate from this Return & Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Within Tech shall not be liable for:

Loss of data stored on returned devices.

Indirect or consequential losses.

Loss of profits, business interruption, or other incidental damages.
Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before returning any electronic device.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides additional rights or remedies, those rights will apply.
